You’re summer bod might not be quiiiiite ready yet, but NOW is the time to shop for bathing suits!

I feel like we all feel a little lost about where to shop for bathing suits ever since Victoria’s Secret decided they weren’t going to sell them anymore. That was like the Holy Grail of bathing suits for a long time! Seriously I never even considered shopping anywhere else. And then they stopped selling them! (gasp) And we were all left to our own devices!

(FYI they are selling them again this year! But they’re a little pricey!)

Target and Aerie kinda took over as the reigning queens of affordable/quality bathing suits in the interim. But honestly do we all want to be showing up to the beach wearing the same damn bathing suit as everyone else? Not knocking Target or Aerie— their swimsuit collections are awesome! But for those of us who want a little variety and to stray from the not-so-obvious choice, I’m here to help!

I have a slight bathing suit addiction, and for those who suffer this same addiction- don’t worry. You don’t have to go broke because of it! I rounded up all the places to find quality/affordable bathing suits for Spring Break/ Summer 2019!

1. CupShe

If you haven’t heard of CupShe, you need to go check them out ASAP! This online swimwear boutique is dedicated to fun, trendy, but affordable bathing suits and cover ups! I bought 4 bathing suits from their site last year and love each one! The only downsides to this site are that if you’re ordering a two-piece, you have to be the same size on top and bottom (bummer I know). Their return policy is also interesting because sometimes they offer you cash coupons/store credit and then just let you keep the suit instead of sending it back (gift it to a friend?). So I’d say if you’re confident about what size you are, this is a great site to check out!

Some of my favs:

2. ASOS

ASOS has just about everything, but they also have an amazing collection of bathing suits! Really great too— they let you pick your size for top and bottom if you’re ordering a bikini. Really really great— they have suits for EVERY SIZE- you can filter by plus size, maternity, petite, tall and fuller bust! I know my friends with big boobs appreciate this because it can be a real struggle finding a top that works! Prices are definitely reasonable too. One of my favorite sites for a lot of things, and now bathing suits!

Some of my favs:

3. Amazon

Does this surprise anyone? Probably not. But if you haven’t considered shopping on Amazon for bathing suits, 2019 is the time to seriously consider it! Tons of options, and great prices! Definitely read the reviews because sometimes the price can be too good to be true on Amazon! People usually list their size and provide pictures. But if you find a high rated one you like- I say go for it! Also if you last minute booked a trip and need a suit ASAP- a lot of their suits are Prime eligible!

Some of my favs:

4. Nasty Gal

I am just lovin this site recently. Their prices are unbeatable. All their stuff is so trendy. I noticed their bathing suit collection the other day and after clicking through— I’m in love. Some of their stuff is mix and match where you can pick different tops/bottoms in the same patterns (and pick different sizes for top and bottom!). But some of their bikini sets are same size top and bottom. They seem to have a wide range of some that are on the skimpier/cheekier side and others that seem a lot more full coverage! Definitely something for everyone! And the prices are just unreal!

Some of my favs:

5. missguided

Let’s first start out with the fact that they have swimwear starting from $7. 7 freaking dollars! I will say though- these bathing suits are mostly very cheeky. So if you’re not into that, you probably won’t like most of the options on this site. If you like it cheeky, then welcome home my friend. This site is your jam. I normally like a bit more coverage myself, BUT they had this really cute one with a little frill detail at the waist and next thing I knew I was ordering it. I have a thing for white bathing suits right now. Would be perfect for honeymoon/bachelorette party! Linked below with my other favs!

Some of my favs:

6. boohoo

My boohoo obsession continues. Prices are obviously great. Variety is too. But let’s take a moment and appreciate the fact that their sizing options are the best! They have options for petite, plus, tall and maternity!

Some of my favs:

7. SheIn

Well SheIn, for those who aren’t familiar with them, is the probably the most hit-or-miss clothing site on the internet. I have ordered tons of things from here, but I have to say the most consistently good things I order are their SIMPLE one-piece bathing suits. If you try to get too fancy with crazy cut-outs, straps, etc- you’ll be rolling the dice. I am linking suits that I have personally ordered and loved. They are all $13 and under! They all have padding! Keep in mind I am 5’6”, with virtually no curves. But these are bathing suits that fit well, lasted me all summer and I plan on wearing them again this summer too! Best piece of advice- read the reviews! If there are pictures, check them out!! That will tell you if it is worth buying right there!

My suits (white one is the one I’m wearing above):

I hope this helps you find an awesome suit for your best summer yet!

Happy shopping!!
